David Wayling

FOUNDING DIRECTOR
David has been a director of bTa Vantage since 2004 and brings over thirty years of accounting and commercial experience to the firm.
An astute and strategic accountant, who begins with the focus on the solution, proactively examining, reviewing and advising businesses, to help businesses reach their potential.
With a background in top tier accounting firms in Australia and the United Kingdom, David was on secondment for several years as Assistant Chief Financial Officer for eVentures, a joint venture of News Corporation Limited and Softbank, as well as various corporate Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer appointments.
His objective macro perspective ensures clients quickly gain taxation and commercial efficiencies.
Robert Chillari

DIRECTOR
Robert has been a Director of bTa Vantage since 2008. He has in excess of 30 years experience in accounting, taxation and commerce.
Before joining bTa Vantage, he benefited from many years of experience with large accounting practices leading up to senior management roles.
He has also spent time working for national and international corporations, including Message Media Australia Pty Limited and the International Air Transport Association.
Robert offers excellent technical and interpersonal skills gained through his many years experience working on a broad range of clients in various industries. By drawing on his analytical strengths and the knowledge he has gained from his extensive accounting, taxation and commercial experience, Robert is able to quickly and accurately identify business problems and provide effective solutions for them. Robert is also a mentor for CPA Australia, a role that allows him to effectively communicate his knowledge and experience to accountants qualifying for the CPA accreditation.
Robert is CPA qualified and is a member of CPA Australia as well as being a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.

Dean Doan-Vance is a profound and accomplished expert, boasting over a decade of invaluable experience in finance and strategic leadership. Since assuming the role of Director at bTa Vantage, he seamlessly integrates his extensive knowledge of business management and interpersonal dynamics with a profound understanding of financial strategy to propel organisational success, consistently.
